Luna New Year

Gongxifacaixinniankuailexinxiangshichengwanshiruyi!!! The year has gone to the dogs!!! Happy Chinese New Year anyway...
Yesterday was slack. Lessons were redundant actually. Didn't really do much. The concert was good, only due to the modern dance. It was hothothot...esp the sc girl...you know who...
Then went to ATS. Met KC on bus, saw Ms N. Then C and I went teacher-tracking...Yuxuan joined us a little later. Took CNY cookies for Jas then left for J8. Had Yoshi, then chatted for a few hours until someone had to go off...

Happy year of the dog!

Centuries from now Luna new year is going to be a holiday on the moon XD

Jan school so far

School has been kind, so far at least. Teachers are not bad. Well they are trying...
Getting used to school hours. Now that there are longer periods and a more spacious classroom the long day doesn't seem as long...though of course I love Fridays = ) Love our ties? xp

Acsited aren't we

Initial B was good fun overall. Can tell that lots of effort and time had been put into making it a success…

The rather dull periods were when there were speeches and talks. Necessary, but still I felt very sleepy throughout. And the flag making session was also somewhat messy. Insufficient paint.

Disappointed that the building hasn’t reached completion yet. There’s still so much scaffolding and drilling, the student plaza is far from buzzing with activity, the curtain on the auditorium has yet to rise, the incomplete parade ground won’t be seeing much marching for awhile…I just think that it’s a pity we can’t enjoy spanking new state-of-the-art facilities yet. My guess is April, when everything is finished, with students moving all around rushing to classes and lectures.

Most games were pretty original. Running around in the mud and getting pelted by eggs was dirty fun. Worse than butter hill. The Acsiting race was just that – exciting! Yeah. Tiring though. All the rushing around on buses and trains and meeting other teams along the way. Very “Faces Places Spaces”.

The mass dance made us all happy. Happy yet dissatisfied. But we did it anyway. Everyone dancing together made it better.

The last day was the best, due to the fact that the 4-hour break allowed us to take a breather from the packed schedule of activities. The items were good fun. Watching other groups spoofing, dancing, singing, acting and lip-synching. Distasteful and possibly disastrous was Mina and the pole. Like, all the teachers and the senior admin were watching. The rest though, were within limits, many slapstick side-splitting acts. I expected the concluding act, by the OC, to be some reconciliation between Diddy and LL. Like maybe they didn’t have cereal or French toast? Oh and it would have been fabulous if we were provided with a welcome breakfast of French toast and cereal on day 1. Sorry this post is so jumbled up, but right now random memories of Initial B are flashing through my head. Ah breakfast is over, time to go to school, to studies, to mug >.<
