There comes point in life, when you begin to realise, that time ticks faster than you wish for.

There was a time not too long ago you remember being that small, innocent young thing blissfully bursting with curiosity, wondering what life is like as an adult. And wasn't it not too long ago you were in Primary 6, eager to move on to Secondary school?

But wait. That was 4 years ago. FOUR! In the blink of an eye 4 years have passed. Shocking, when you think about it. It seemed just a moment ago. In fact, for the past year, I have been in a semi-stupor state, never fully able to embrace that fact that I'm in Sec 4. You mean it's 2005 already?

Looking back, it feels like last month when I feared the date 2/1/05. I had dreams about going back to school in the last days of 2004. It seemed mere weeks ago, we were at the Indoor Stadium for Founder's Day. And as if it were only last week I was strolling along Wangfujing, joking with Yiyang, Melvin, Jarvin and Mdm Lu. It all happened months ago, yet the memory still remains vividly surreal. I just don't feel ready to embrace life as a fully-grown adult. In 2 years I would leave this gleeful, (still rather) carefree stage of my life, to begin a new chapter. 2 YEARS! Coupled with the fact that 4 years flowed by just like that, 2 years seems too short a period to do much. Yet it is within these 2 years that we shall have to enjoy our carefree existences as much as we like too. After that, the world takes a darker note...
